The annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper was sponsored by the Youth Group to raise funds for the Dungannon Mission Trip. St. Timothy's youth cooked and served pancakes, french toast sticks, ham, and applesauce to ensure the congregation entered Lent properly shriven!
