
Brad graduated from The School of Theology, the University of the South, in May of 1981. He was ordained in that same month, and served Church of the Epiphany in Spartanburg South Carolina from 1981-1984. From 1984 to 1989 he served at St. James' in Potomac Maryland. He then served at St. Andrew the Fisherman in Mayo, Maryland, from 1989 until he was called to St. Timothy's in Herndon, Virginia, in 1994. Brad has been a missionary in Haiti, Appalachia, and the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. He studied ancient Jewish history in Israel and Celtic spirituality in Ireland. He has been a field site supervisor and colloquy mentor for Virginia Theological Seminary for 14 years, and is currently the Dean of the Region. He is married and has three children. | ||||||||||
The Rev. Leslie ChadwickLeslie joined St. Timothy's as Associate Rector in July 2006. She grew up in Christ Church in Valdosta, Georgia and was ordained to the priesthood there in August 2004 following graduation from Virginia Theological Seminary. Leslie attended the University of the South (Sewanee) in Tennessee where she served as a sacristan in the University Chapel and participated in the Jamaica Outreach Program. In graduate school at the University of Virginia, she discovered a love of teaching, working with young people, and spending time with the elderly, and she also met her husband, Jay. Leslie directed a youth choir at St. Paul's, Ivy, and taught English and music to students at Episcopal High School in Alexandria for six years prior to seeking ordination. After her ordination, Leslie spent two years serving in a clergy residency program at Christ Church in Alexandria before being called to St. Timothy's. | ||||||||||
